Restart frontend

For various reasons I will be switching from Polymer to another frontend setup.

For base ui I will use Material Design Lite. For data binding I will be using Backbone JS

• [ ] Create index page that includes MDL and Backbone.js
• [ ] Add header to index page with tabs
• [ ] Map Projects, Skills, and About me routes with Backbone.js
