Some sites may want a user Gravatar to take precedence over cat-generator-avatar. Let's allow an option for this.

[ ] Allow Gravatar (if user has a custom Gravatar picture then show this in preference to the Cat avatar)

Default to unchecked - no Gravatar checks. Will always use cat-generator-avatar unless user has uploaded a custom photo.

I believe this is a good enhancement, however, it may slow down a little bit as checking with the Gravatar server.
