Package absent in semafor-deps.jar #5

The jarfile "semafor-deps.jar" should contain all required libraries but when I call "edu.cmu.cs.lti.ark.fn.data.prep.CoNLLInputPreparation" (fnParserDriver.sh: line 104), this method is not found. When looking into the jar, the edu package was indeed absent. Am I missing something or is this a mistake?
