Corrected the outdated names of .sh files in training steps; formatted the Readme according to Markdown.
Symbolic links
2_createRequiredData.sh failed to create symbolic links on my machine (I'm not sure whether this is specific to user's bash version...). Putting the listing of extensions outside the quote scope helped.
