Suggestions to improve/refine the gmaps4jsf online Wiki

Below are several suggestions to improve the usability of the gmaps4jsf Wiki by 
regrouping, renaming and/or removing pages at the base location.

Page: Tag Library Documentation
Note: The "Tag Library Documentation" page should include documentation links 
that are not at the base of the wiki, as the links clutter up the wiki.  The 
suggestion is to move the component pages from the base wiki and point to the 
new locations for the "Tag Library Documentation"

Page: Release Notes
Note: New page name "Release Notes" should include/replace info in 
OneOneFourVersion, Features, NewInGMaps4JSF_One_One_One

Page: Demonstrations
Note: New page name "Demonstrations" should include/replace "QuickDemos, Online 
Demos".

Note: New page name "User Guide" should replace "HowToUseTheLibrary".  Page 
content should be adjusted/refined accordingly.

Page: Articles
Note: "Articles" should read "GMaps4jsf Articles"
