Type imports seem broken #35

I can't figure out how to import a type like LayoutItem in my project. I've tried forking and modifying the type declarations, but I can't figure it out. I suspect part of the problem is that the package.json references dist/index.d.ts which doesn't exist.

Hi, it is fixed in v1.9.12.
