Psalm 20 verse 8 "inimi'cis" : when both syllables mi-cis are italics, there is a kerning issue (e.g. mode 4)

Turns out \textit{some}\textit{thing} loses the kerning information between -e- (somE) and -t- (Thing). All the psalms that have several prep syllables must therefore be changed accordingly into \textit{everything}...

Solved by replacing all instances of "}\textit{" with "" in all files in 'psalmi', cf cc802de
