Moving to 11ty #1

For a pleasant dev experience I'm setting up 11ty. It still needs styling, ~and a package.json which should include a deploy method to push to a gh-pages branch~. One step at a time though.

Styling will follow. 11ty is very agnostic so we could switch out the templating etc easily.
