Start up intructions #60

I might have missed them but there seems to be no start up instructions

But otherwise looks great!

We have a link to Heroku at the top of our README. Or did you mean something else?

Good practice to have a lil section that explicitly shows you how to clone and start up on your own machine. Honestly though, I was just told to make comments and I couldn't think of anything :-/ so it was the only thing I could think of! :+1:
