refactor: new CLI commands documentation

This draft Pull Request aims to improve the documentation of NodeSecure CLI commands. The changes include:

• Addition of individual documentation files for each command (cwd, hydrate-db, auto, etc.).
• Detailed description of the available options for each command.
• Usage examples to help users understand how to use the commands.
• Standardized structure for each documentation file to maintain consistency.

This PR is still a work in progress, and I am open to any feedback to ensure that the documentation is complete and accurate. Thank you for your review and comments!
