What is your Java, OS versions?

Have you tried other Eclipse, like Eclipse Standard 4.3.1 ?

Can you File -> New -> Nodeclipse -> New Node Project ?

java "jdk1.6.0_45" was set by default in "alternatives system" I set "java-7-openjdk-amd64" by default and reinstall Nodeclipse and solved the problem
