Can't install anything on Eclipse IDE for Java and DSL Developers (4.3.0.RC1). (Selecting only Markdown Editor also doesn't work.)

Version: Kepler Release

Is it repository incompatibility with newer Eclipse?

Though I also can't install Markdown Editor from http://winterwell.com/software/updatesite/ as well.
