Show Node.js JavaScript sources under JavaScript Resources #75

Since 0.6 there is Node sources lib path in Preferences. Check JSDT how to show Library under JavaScript Resources tree. Maybe VJET has something for that.

JSDT Library make worse as JSDT does not understand CommonJS.

Implemented in 0.9 as LinkedResources http://www.nodeclipse.org/history
