A player character state which allows the character to ascend or descend a Ladder3D after triggering a GrapplePoint3D.

[ ] If the character is on the ground, holding ascend pulls the player towards the ladder
[ ] If the ascend/descend buttons are pressed, move up or down the ladder.
[ ] Visually attach a rope from the player to the top of the Ladder3D
