  1. Update WindowsAppSDK to latest version
  2. Update to .NET 8

Latest WindowsAppSDK version performs much better, there is only 2~3% gap between WinUI and WPF. However, the memory fingerprint is not that good. WinUI 62.3MB

UWP 34.1MB
WPF 42.5MB
