As a developer I want documented design decisions So that it is easier to develop and maintain the code.

design-decisions.md has been made
The markdown document covers major design decisions, such as Console UI vs other ui and Controller/Manager purpose.

Briefly:

Console UI used for a quick proof of concept, since I lack of Desktop UI knowledge
Controllers for managing workflow
Managers for retrieving data
