My first thought was an extensions conflict, but then I don't see how (within the constraints of WebExtensions APIs) any extension other than Chrome Store Foxified might bug a moz-extension:// URL …

No longer reproducible.

S3.Translator - Add-ons / Add-on Support - Mozilla Discourse includes a screenshot … not of the dashboard, but for me to have downloaded the .xpi, I must have used the dashboard :+1:
