Preferences page broken on older Firefox: compatibility info wrong? #13

After getting a taste of mobile browsers, I really like the idea of this add-on on my desktop browser. I have poor vision, and it should be very helpful.

One problem I ran into: The extension says it's compatible with FF 46, but actually, I found the preferences page didn't work at all. It was blank with a logged error: “Security Error: Content at about:smartzoom may not load or link to chrome://smart-zoom/content/resources/images/icon16.png.” Upgrading to FF 48 fixed it, but maybe the AMO compatibility info needs to be updated (it indicates compatibility with 44 and later).

Thank you very much for this note Travis! You are correct, I tested this and it works only on Firefox 46+. Shoot. I need to fix this. Will let keep you updated. Thanks for the positive comments! :)
