After installing bugged addon, and fails install, cannot install #1

After installing bugged addon, and fails install, cannot install until I restart browser. What happens is nsIZipWriter doesnt close.

specific error console output is:

NS_ERROR_ALREADY_INITIALIZED: Component returned failure code: 0xc1f30002 (NS_ERROR_ALREADY_INITIALIZED) [nsIZipWriter.open]
