Please provide any additional information below.
all the app was working just find, and sussenly i get this error for all my 
andar apps.

Hi!

I am using Eclipse to build this project, I got same error at my device.
(my Android ADT version is v20)

Here is how I solve the bug:

This is due to an updated ADT plugin. To fix this, please remove the har from 
the build path,  move it into the /libs folder (which you may need to create) 
and re add it from there to the build path. After doing that, do a clean build 
on the project (by going to Project -> Clean).
