Describe the bug
The amount traders are willing to give me for the same item/items goes down when I wear equipment that increases my charisma. This was tested with multiple vendors and different sale items.
Is it already a known issue?
Not that I see listed.
Steps to reproduce
I'm unsure if this is the case for the Charisma stat overall or just the gear I used but I tested it by:
Inititing trade with NPC
Checking the price they'd be willing to pay for an item/items
Backing out and puting on clothes that increase charisma (I used "Minuteman Bandana" and "Militia Hat with Welding Goggles")
Reinitiating trade with NPC
Rechecking the price they'd be willing to pay for the same item/items
Environment
OS: Windows

Additional context
As an example: My "Colt 6250 Pistol" was selling for 263 until I put on my charisma gear (which increased my Charisma from 2 to 4), afterwhich it was selling for 175.
