Feature request: remember last options #11

This is the default behavior in Thunar bulk rename, and it might prove useful: I think that most people may use this tool most of the time in individual/specific ways that entail certain selection of options that should not be reset at each restart of the program, for example, in my case, these:

(in fact, even Thunar bulk rename resets "Name" to "Name and extension", but the rest are remembered.)

BB-Renamer always starts with these options:

and when selecting "Remove characters", with these:

When using the tool very often, the use often happens in the same way, therefore a tool that's starting with the last used options is more user-friendly. (And I do use it so often that I'm tired of changing the settings all the time, and I've re-installed Thunar!)

Totally agree. Please append last selected option feature.

Totally agree. Please append last selected option feature.

I don't understand, sorry. I don't know what that means.

Any chance this will be addressed?

This will be in the next release, coming soon.

(Just an idea: maybe you don't need to call the tool "Bionic", as if somehow related to that older Ubuntu version?)

Previous comment noted but please keep on thread topic in future even if it means opening a new issue- it makes more work for me if you don't. Thanks.
