Cannot be installed from the store in Kubuntu #9

In Discover the installation doesn't work either (lags for ever).

It can be installed directly from downloaded deb though.

But I guess I won't get the updates.

I can fix this by using root in terminal: sudo servicemenuinstaller install /path/to/...deb. But I don't think that this will show updates, given Discover and the store report it as uninstalled.

I get the exact same bug on Kubuntu 22.04.2. The way provided above does work somewhat, but i consider this a hack and not a fix.

The same in Kubuntu 22.10.

(I'm back to thunar tool because of other posted issues: no re-arranging possible before numbering, settings not remembered.)

I will look into this for the next release. Installing a service menu is a pain and all the authors are doing it slightly differently.
