Change Position of ToolbarButtons and OverflowButton #5

Currently only one toolbarbutton is supported, namely the #bookmarks-menu-button. And when you no add more then two addons things go strange. Add support for other toolbarbuttons as well and for adding more addons.

Added support for max. two toolbarbuttons and adding up to four addons. If you added more then four addons, the icons go back to there normal position.

However if you added e.g. #bookmarks-menu-button and #history-panelmenu and #panic-button things might not work. If you only have #bookmarks-menu-button and #history-panelmenu there is no problem.

Recently, there were things broken again.
