Added Lazy AE2, AE2FCR, and Flux Networks. Configured EnderIO Telepad to not use fluid, configured EnderIO Rod of Return to not use fluid and to be much cheaper to use attempted to make Lazy AE2's Mass Assembler have a job queue of more than 64 but it resets constantly

What Happened
The Template for Building Gadgets has no recipe, rendering the template manager unusable.
Expected Behavior
The template should have some sort of recipe to allow the template manager to be used.
Reproduction Steps
- Load up Nomi CEu
- Press R on Template in JEI
