Your Solution

Multiblock cyclotron, late game structure that converts element 42 to 43 and element 60 to 61.

How Will Your Solution Work

If you put fuel in a fission reactor it could slowly collect byproduct elements like 43 and 61. Or Putting element 42 foil or 60 foil into a cylcotron just like how it was made originally. My favorite way to incorporate it.

Alternatives You've Considered

Elements 61 and 43 are radioactive elements. I think you could add them into the pack by having them as fission byproducts.

Additional Information

Element 43 and 61 are both found in fission byproducts, and can also be made in a cyclotron, which fires charged particles at elements foils to turn them into new ones. These new elements could be incorporated into the crafting recipe to omnium by adding them to the exotic materials catalyst recipe. Also as elements 43 and 61 are extremely radioactive, they should be toxic to where unless you where gloves as a bauble made of PBI. I suggested that because I want to have omnium to not have any elements missing on the periodic table. The cyclotron is also able to bump stabilized elements up one on the table Example: Uranium to neptunium, which makes a late game way to get radioactive isotopes quickly.

Uh... just curious, apart from elements 43, 61 and bismuth, is omnium missing any other elements?

v3ect0rgames commented 1 week ago

Yes actually a lot. If you want I could give you a list. I was going to slowly come up with ideas for them.

v3ect0rgames commented 1 week ago

Here is a list: 21 32 34 35 37 38 40 52 53 59 64-70 72 75 81 83 84 85 87 88 89 91 100-109 111-118

Those are all the elements missing from real life, but you are missing elements between things like tritanium and naquadah, but there are so many between those, I don't think that matter.

I've started designing a cyclotron multiblock ill upload images soon

Cyclotron

the supercomputer is just a placeholder for the cyclotron machine, its made to be as close to accurate as possible, in a real cyclotron, coils spin ions with magnet fields from hydrogen to really high speeds with a lot of energy to fuse into foil , molybdenum coils are used in the large electromagnet multiblock so i figured i would use those as magnets, the output hatch is connected to the coils, so the ions ram into the foil turning it into technetium at the output
