Here I want to prepare our outputs in a nice format for uploading to the EEGManyPipelines submission portal.

Okay this script is ready :sunglasses: it prepares a nice folder that we just need to upload ... all documentation included.

We just need to finish up #14 now and then write the results reports in the Gdoc.
