Camper & Walkabout Badge Eligibility #32

I would like to suggest a change to the Additional Award report to make it easier to see when a Scout is owed a Camper or Walkabout badge. Currently the report only shows Scouts that have at least on additional award and only lists the awards that at least one Scout has earned.

This means the logbook report has to be checked for Scouts who have reached their first badge and compared back to the additional award report to check if it has been awarded it in Terrain. Likewise if no Scout in the Unit has reached a particular badge you need to check what the nights and KM limits are to see if they have earned one.

If the Additional Award report showed or had an option to show all Scouts and at least all of the Camper and Walkabout badges it would be easy to check the nights and KMs against their name and know you have given them any badges owed. Even better if the report could highlight where a badge should be awarded based on the KMs or nights.

Thanks for all the hard work on this project, there are some really great reports here that make my program easier to run!

Hi Jamie, This has also been requested by others as well and I have made changes that will be in the next version. Here is a sample of what it will look like. image

Against each name are the night and KMs as recorded in the logbook. So you can check if the badge has been awarded. All scouts are listed.
