Improve Stability when mixed with MonitorSwapper Script #48

This adds a safeguard that essentially tests the resolution for up to 6 seconds and will remediate by setting the resolution again if it does not match. This improves reliability when mixed with MonitorSwapper since sometimes the script could change the resolution before the swap happens.
