Improve localization support & refactor #22

Summary

This PR implements better localization support for the app, adds zh-tw localization strings, cleans up the codebase (refactor, removal of Hentoid leftovers). This PR has been built and thoroughly tested locally. Most if not all functionality should retain, though testing and feedback are appreciated.

Implemented Changes

Add zh-tw localization strings (res\values-zh-rTW\strings.xml)
Fix improperly implemented or hardcoded string values
Bump target SDK from 29 to 30 (latest)
Update gradle & dependencies
General cleanup
- Random bits of XML strings scattered around views
- Unused imports
- Minor refactoring

Please submit this pull request upstream (https://github.com/avluis/Hentoid). This repo is only for smaller changes and adjustments for F-droid.
