Note that SK_04_PC_NOGICPBNLINE1 is also listed as SCHED-K-PART-04-LINE-4b (it's the "correct" one for that location) but it's corresponding post 2013 var is SK_04_PC_TEBAGICPNBNL1 (which is line 5B in newer filings)
