Update 990PF section 8 line 1 variable names

Here are mappings I've been using for 990PF section 8 line 1 to work around the issues in #30. I outlined what the PR does below:

• Replaces repeated variables with unique ones

  • F9_08_PF_ODTKEIODTOKE is used for 13 different mappings in Section 8 (the 2004-2013 version of the form)
  • F9_08_PF_ODTKEIODTKEE is used for contributions to employee benefit plans and expense accounts
  • F9_08_PF_ODTKEIODTKEF is used for 4 foreign address fields (city, country, postal code, province)
  • F9_08_PF_ODTKEIODTKEA is used for 3 US address fields (city, state, zip)

• Sets the section of variables that appear under the /Return/ReturnData/IRS990PF/OfficerDirTrstKeyEmplInfoGrp/OfficerDirTrstKeyEmplGrp and /Return/ReturnData/IRS990PF/OfcrDirTrusteesKeyEmployeeInfo/OfcrDirTrusteesOrKeyEmployee xml paths to F990-PF-PART-08-LINE-1

• Changes the section of two variables (F9_08_PF_ODTKEICOHPCB1 and F9_08_PF_ODTKEICOHPCB2) that do not appear on line 1 from F990-PF-PART-08-LINE-1 to F990-PF-PART-08
