Don't check Es mode for low latitudes #69

Don't worry about checking for sp.E mode if the server location is at a latitude below EU/NA, as no data is available

Will this PR disable it also for the southern hemisphere?

Yes, anywhere with a latitude of 20° or below (I've been generous!) is ignored, so southern hemisphere locations with minus numbers will all be excluded.

Why not exclude all values between 20°N and 20°S?
