I purchased a subcription and no subscription is showing #76

Hi I just purchased the quarterly subscription for 9.99 paid via Paypal. My Paypal is charged for the amount, but I don't see any subscription on my account and it says it'll show up in few min. But I don't see it even after 30 min.
