Add the ability to upload "Box Art" thumbnail for games.

Option to upload box art/thumbnail that gets packaged with manifest.
Need to pull the box art from manifest to display on index.vue, id.vue and address.vue.
Require some sort of max size/resolution standard?
Auto downscale the images.
