CI does not work with ecosys enabled #283

During testing of PR #280 we have some issues with CI builds. In previous testing we have not included ecosys. It would be nice to have this feature enabled also for testing.

It's possible to build BLOM/iHAMOCC with ecosys enabled, but run test (fuk95) fails because BGC fields are not initialized.

Single column also fails, but this was never set up properly for CI testing. It should be possible, but requires input fields.
