This pull request is linked to https://github.com/NorESMhub/NorESM/issues/119#issue-637037988. We should include emission driven and SSP extension compsets in the NorESM2 release. I have tested these changes and results of an emission driven historical as well as a concentration driven SSP1-2.6 are bit identical.
