The only two oslo aero build time variables that are left are OSLO_AERO and AEROCOM
Now the cpp variable AEROCOM is set via the new xml variable CAM_AEROCOM
By default the effect of setting the previous cpp variable AEROFFL is always on
The cpp variables COLTST4INTCONS and AEROCOM_INSITU (along with their contents) have been removed
A new test has been added to aux_cam_noresm to test this (ERP_Ln9.f19_f19_mtn14.NF1850norbc_aer2014.betzy_intel.cam-aerocom)
The test suit aux_cam_noresm was run and new baselines were created in the baseline directory
Comparison was made with previous baselines and the results were bfb
cam_cesm2_1_rel_05-Nor_v1.0.7: removal of most CPP-ifdefs for oslo-aero
