inverted changes in micro_mg_cam.F90 and physpkg.F90 (which were accepted yesterday) #20

Yesterday I accepted Aloks pull request : modified src/NorESM/micro_mg_cam.F90, src/NorESM/physpkg.F90, cime_config/config_pes.xml.

However, tests with N1850 compset showed that answers were changed.

Therefore I inverted today Aloks changes on src/NorESM/micro_mg_cam.F90 and src/NorESM/physpkg.F90. I kept the changes in cime_config/config_pes.xml.
