Missing look-up tables for compsets other than _CAM60%NORESM... #41

The look-up tables which are supposed to be in AeroTab_8jun17 are not automatically downloaded for all the compsets where they are needed (like NF2000climo, etc.) but only for those whose longname contains "_CAM60%NORESM"

This could be solved by simply replacing everywhere

<value compset="_CAM60%NORESM">

<value compset="_CAM60%(NORESM|PTAERO)">

in config_component.xml

rel05-nor: Change as suggested NorESM-dev: Change compset to updated notation of NorESM naming

I will update rel05-nor now to have in the upcoming release.
