Errors in land model settings #53

Trying to collecting the issues here for information.

The f09 version of compset NF1850frc2norbc, and likely other NF f09 compsets as well can not be started since fatmlndfrc in land model namelist points to a local disk at NCAR. The file are identical to the file we use today but I can not replace it from user_nl_clm due to some script settings in the set-up of the models --> Error message: Can NOT set both -lnd_frac option (set via LND_DOMAIN_PATH/LND_DOMAIN_FILE env variables) AND fatmlndfrac on namelist
