Realized I put the parameters in the general module when they should actually be in https://github.com/NorESMhub/fates/blob/master/fire/SFParamsMod.F90

Actually, I re-realized that this does not need to happen as all the PFT-indexed parameters are actually read in by EDPftvarcon.
