Start updating the noresm2.1 documentation

Ref. issue #16

We may want to add a new section with key model runs for noresm2.1, but I suggest to make a new file for this.

At the moment I have only removed the references to files. We could also remove the files, but perhaps it's not necessary for the noresm2.1 documentation?

References to AMIP- and OMIP-style simulations remain in the "Atmosphere" and "Ocean and Sea-Ice" sections, respectively. I think we can leave it for now, and maybe look at this again if we do a larger re-wrote of the documentation.

ESMValTool only works with CMIP-type model output. Flaxpart is documented only for NorESM1.

The "Access NorESM data" section (data/ files) is mixing different model versions. I will leave it as it is.

I think this concludes what I would remove as being NorESM2/CMIP6 specific. I think another PR can be opened to add NorESM2.1 documentation, so I suggest to merge this with only the deletions.
