Added the NorESM2.1 release notes (up to date?). Added Dirk's longer simulation discussion. Updated the copyright to extend to 2024.

@adagj, @TomasTorsvik, @DirkOlivie: I have merged in the latest update to the NorESM2.1 branch so hopefully, this is ready to go. Please have a look.

Ok for me.

Is it okay if I change one statement about the ice delimiter change (hopefully for more clarity)?

Old: his change causes large changes to simulation output.

New: This change causes significant differences in the climate.
