Update noresm2.0.8 #46

Include info about NorESM2.0.8 release, and Python3 module required for model setup/build.

The modules listed here should be available on Betzy also after the upgrade. However, I get an error on a missing NCO module when trying to build noresm2.0.8. I have asked NRIS to make the module available on the new system.

Error with NCO has been resolved, and I'm able to run test runs from the login-3.betzy node.
