Background

As i was using the software in the small screen I could not find the delivery status etc.

Test case

I tried resizing the UI and then I finally found the elements on the right side

Actual

Why this severity

This cause a lot of confusion for me as I could not find the elements at all and only found it after resizing by accident. I gave this medium as I expected the UI to be same for all sizes. Even if it is hidden it should be written in the UG to let users know that smaller UI might cause crucial parts of the UI to be missing

Team's Response

Although this would be a concern for users, it has been documented in the UG under the Resizing of UI Elements (albeit unclearly), and would only affect users who are using AB3 in a minimized layout.

Hence, we concede this is a valid oversight, and would affect some users.

 Issue type

Team chose [type.FunctionalityBug] Originally [type.FeatureFlaw]

Reason for disagreement: I believe this issue is better classified as a feature flaw rather than a functionality bug. According to the guidelines, feature flaws refer to missing features or design issues in how a feature operates. image.png

In this case, the UI functions as intended when the application is displayed in full screen. Therefore, it cannot be considered a bug, as the functionality is intact. However, the problem arises from the UI components not resizing properly to accommodate smaller window sizes. This limitation points to a flaw in the design of the feature, as it affects the overall user experience by failing to adapt to different screen configurations.

Therefore I classified it as a feature flaw. Additionally, a warning or guide in the UG about using the software in a minimised view would have helped.
