What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing the addon on Blender 2.71

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
None.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1 and Blender 2.71

Please provide any additional information below.

Copied the io_scean_lol to the addons folder and it doesn't recognize it, try 
to install it from file and it still doesn't work.

Same is happening here, I have no idea why this is happening
