[Suggestion] Allow OPs / users with an admin permission node to bypass table ownership checks. #12

It would be nice to allow OPs or admins with a specific permission node to bypass the table ownership check. So they can edit table settings or force round starts if they are not the table owner. Would be very helpful to have since I have the server being the owner of all game tables.
