Problem with RL-Glue.jar #23

in /system/libs the RL-Glue.jar is not being rebuilt and propogating changes to 
RL-Glue into RL-
Viz. We should fix this.

If you do "ant rl-glue" or "ant all", it will rebuild the external project in
projects/rl-glue, which recreates the RL-Glue jar, and then copies it to 
system/libs
for everyone to use.
