cant update to v14, stuck on v13 #365

i have tried everything to fix this, reinstalling script extender over and over again, even tried the solution mentioned in #304. in fact, ive tried downloading older versions out of curiousity but once i launch the game it always goes back to v13.

issue STILL persists. i have to downgrade everytime i download something. please, help.
